How It Works   
Agent Requirements:  
  • Basic Knowledge of Internet Terminology! 
  • A willingness to contact local businesses. 
  • A least 10 hours a week to dedicate to the program. 
  • A telephone where you can be reached during the day. 
  • A computer with internet access. 
  • At least 16 years of age. (if under 18 we will verify parental consent) 
  • The desire to make money!!!! 

    • Restrictions:  

  • No advertising of pornographic sites or businesses. 
  • QMS reserves the right to edit, delete, or modify any Valuecom.com hosted site. 
  • These sites are not portable (cannot be moved), they remain the property of QMS in their entirety. 
  • Unsolicted E-mail may not be used for promotion!!! (no exceptions)

     Quantum Marketing Systems has been providing small to medium sized businesses hosting space and homepage creation/maintenance services for over 4 years with over 100 clients worldwide. These sites and domains range from single  to hundred page sites.  

    We will provide you with a pre-set site featuring the following, free of charge, if you are accepted as an agent for Quantum Marketing Systems.  

  • A framed homepage with graphics and menu. 
  • An editable database for your business directory. 
  • One page of city info (usually government contact numbers or area history page) 

    • Your responsibility is to:  

  • Contact local businesses and sell them listings in the business directory. 
  • Encourage the purchase of homepages linked from these listings. (see commission schedule) 
  • Collect local information and expand the site to encourage more traffic. 
  • Use any available means to promote the site. (press releases, newspaper ads, etc.) 
  • Provide us with weekly status reports (see form) 
  • Once you are making money begin "enhancing your site" to attract more clients.
