Hi, I'm from the class of 77, I have been reading your guest book from the class of 79, as of 78, and also of course 1977. There are alot of memories of people I used to know in classes I had or in the hallways at PHS. I hope everyone has a great 2001. If you don't know from now there are only 72 days until the Masters here in Augusta, Ga. I hope you golf nuts watch the tournament. I'll be at the Tournament. This will be my 4th Tournament. I am an employer at the Golf Course. But I hope some of you will watch the tournament on CBS. Have a safe 2001.

Well a few of the reunion "cronies" met as a post-reunion follow up. I guess you could say it was a nice way to get out of the house, catch-up with good, old friends and to drink!! Had a good time with Al, Jeff and Lynn. I guess you could say that we're still partying like it's 1999!!!

We are having our last class reunion meeting tonight to settle up. Class photos will be mailed out to those of you that ordered them. The photo turned out well. We will bank the $80.00 that was made on the reunion. This will help with initial costs for the next reunion. Next reunion??? (I am nuts!!!!) Let's hope the 25th is even better. Any suggestions?????? Write in the guestbook to make your wishes known. Thanks!! Jan

I would like to echo Jan's thoughts on the reunion. I knew that when I saw Dave Stowell on the dance floor that people were having fun. And who was it who said no one would dance. A special thanks to Kathy, you did yourself pround getting Frank to do the tunes. Great to see everyone. Let's do it again in five years. Let's keep in touch.

Thought that I would send out an update as to where we are at in the planning of the reunion. The reservations are still coming in. At this time we have about sixty people paid,Our projection was for about 120 people. So if you know of anyone that is sitting on their invite, please incourage them to send it in. Also it would be appreciated if you could give a call to your old friends to see if they will be attending. Thanks in advance for your help, and hope to see you on July 31st.

Hi all, from the lovely quaint little Indian village of Kenockee.......yes, there really are places smaller than Plainwell, well, than what it used to be, I see that when I get back that way it is quite the growing town now....well, such is the life over here near Detroit........I just received my letter and saw the webpage and had to come "visit".......it really is cool to "hear" from you all.....I'm also looking forward to that 20th reunion....as I haven't seen many of you since graduation....being a wife and a mother can do that...especially when the hubby moves you away from the hometown......well, see you all then, and take care of youselves.....

We had another successful meeting last night and are well on our way to putting this reunion together. It was noted that Lynn did not make the meeting, and due to this fact Players Club lost significant revenue. The next meeting will be April 27th at 7pm. at the Ransom Public Library. At this meeting we will be sending out the invites. So if you are not doing anything we would love to see you. We also still have 34 people that we have not located. If anyone can help us in this area we would appreciate it. We have 20 rooms set aside for us at the Comfort Inn, for the night of the Reunion. So if you want a room give the Comfort Inn a call and tell them you are with the Class of 1979. We are also looking at getting a group together to golf on Friday July, 30th. This is not a sactioned outing so if you would like to golf get a hold of one of us. More details will follow.

Great idea using technology to keep in touch. Read some of the guestbook entries and brought back lots of memories. I would like to see us start the week-end Friday at the "TENT" then maybe a round of golf Sat. at say Shagbark (maybe Steve will gives a a PHS rate) or hang out at the pool area for the non-golfers. Just an idea will help with golf if needed. Thank Roger for part. Will be checking for lastest news but feel free to email me direct. For those who care Penny and I are still marrried w/2 girls (15 & 13) and are busy with work and the girls sports and social lives. (Taxi service for 1 more year.) More later. Greg

Hey everybody, looks like we're getting to be real fossils. I have a kid graduating from Plainwell next year, and one in middle school. Jeff, I was home in November for the annual Prescott deer hunting/male bonding event. I missed a good poker game with Mike, Frank, Al, Bronk and a few others. I would have liked to be there to swap lies and take their money (like old times). Good to see a class website. Looking forward to July.

Hello Class. Plans for Our 1999 20-year class reunion are progressing nicely. Our search for lost people is down to about 30. We will be doing our first mailing in November. This mailing will tell people of the date and location of the reunion, as well as informing them of Our website. It will also list the people that we have yet to locate. The next meeting will be November 18, 1998 at 7:00p.m., at the Ramson Public Library. Drinks will follow at Players. Hope to see you there.

Hello Class of '79! I received a call from Jan last night and she told me about this website. I think this is a great idea because I haven't kept in touch with anyone from our class. I just don't see any of you, so I really like this. I hope all of you are doing well. Although I have seen Bruce Thomas on tv. He I was amazed the first time I saw him...I thought boy he looks familiar! I hope to be "emailing" with my former classmates soon! Till next time...

We are still trying to locate everyone. Addresses are coming in ~ slow but sure. Roger Bredow is involved in a major project for IBM and will update our address list as soon as he is available to. So if you submitted an address just "hang tight." It should be on the net soon. Jan
Jan Sell-Kimble <sellkimble@aol.com>

We are starstruck to learn of celebrity Bruce Thomas' new address, Beverly Hills 90210.... Yes, the TV show on FOX! We were flipping and saw a preview for the coming episode. Bruce was leaning over his wife's shoulder. We think it was Michelle Phillips, formerly of the Mama and the Papas. So, I looked up the show. His character name is Carl Schmidt. In his story line, he slept with his fiancee's daughter, the character played by Tiffany Amber-Thiessen. We have noticed Bruce in several things over the years including Models, Inc. and The Young and The Restless. It's fun to see our track standout become a rising star!

Ok class! The place and date are set for our Class Reunion. It will be July 31, 1999 at the Confort Inn in Plainwell. The cost will depend on the amount of people who attend, but we figure it should be right around $20 / person. We are still looking for some individuals, so check the address book to see if you can help us out. If you have any questions don't hesitate to e-mail.
Jeff Madden <jeff_madden@stortek.com>

It is me again, here to give you an update of our last planning meeting. We are having a tough time figuring out just what will float everyone's boat.. We would like to keep the cost down, but at the same time make this a nice time for everyone. We are checking into a few more places and will meet again on September 23, 1998. We seem pretty set with the date of July 31, 1999, so mark your callendar. That is the Saturday after the Beer Tent. If you have suggestions or would like to attend the next meeting, we would love to see you. I would like to see a little more usage of our guestbook. Were all those hours with Mrs. Leep for nothing?
